I’ve spent over a decade in dentistry with experience in pediatric and special needs care across all ages. After becoming a dental hygienist in 2017, I discovered my passion for airway-focused dentistry in 2021, leading me to myofunctional therapy.
Since 2022, I’ve provided compassionate, tailored therapy programs designed to help patients breathe, sleep, and live better.
Myofunctional therapy is a personalized, exercise-based treatment designed to improve the function of the muscles of the face, mouth, and airway.
This brief phone call is a chance to discuss your concerns, ask questions, and determine whether a comprehensive myofunctional consultation may be the right next step for you or your child.
A comprehensive consultation includes a review of health history, oral and facial function, symptoms, habits, and therapy goals. This appointment helps determine whether myofunctional therapy is recommended and what the next steps may look like.
Consultations are available in person or virtually.
A therapy kit is purchased when beginning therapy and includes the tools needed to complete home exercises and support progress between sessions.
Each person completing therapy will need their own myofunctional therapy kit.
Therapy sessions include guided exercises, progress monitoring, home practice instructions, and adjustments to the therapy plan as needed.
Important Notes:
Virtual sessions require payment in full to schedule. A nonrefundable $50
cancellation or rescheduling fee applies to virtual sessions.
If an additional sibling or family member is completing therapy during the same scheduled session and following the same exact exercises and program, they may be added for an additional $50 per session.
Each additional person will need to purchase their own myofunctional therapy kit.
